Returns You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply follow these steps:

1. Request a return by contacting our Customer Happiness team at bladeproject11@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label. Repackage the item carefully in its original packaging.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges Need a different size or color? We’re happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Follow these steps:

1. Contact us at bladeproject11@gmail.com with your order number and requested exchange details.
2. Return the original item following the process above. Once received, we’ll ship out your new item right away.
3. If the new item’s price differs, we’ll charge/refund the difference accordingly.

Exceptions

• Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable/exchangeable unless defective.
• Customized/personalized products are non-returnable.
• Undergarments cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items In the unlikely event you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at bladeproject11@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos. We’ll work to resolve the issue through a return, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
