- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Attempts
- Our shipping partners make two delivery attempts for all orders.
- If the second attempt is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our facility, and you will need to coordinate re-delivery or pick-up.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery requests.
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier’s website, where you can monitor your package’s progress.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Damages or Discrepancies
